Do I have to declare AI use?

Yes — every upload declares human-made, human-AI hybrid, or AI-generated. Declaring AI use never hides or penalizes your work; lying about it does. Buyers see the declaration and choose.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Creodome ("Creodome," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing https://creodome.com or using our products, you agree to these Terms. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. About Creodome

Creodome is an independent creator-commerce platform: creators upload finished work, declare originality, set licensing terms, and sell to buyers under those terms. Creodome provides the marketplace, originality declarations, license generation, and a rights & revenue ledger. Creodome is an independent studio forming in Wyoming, USA.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Products and Services

The Creodome platform (marketplace, originality declarations, license generation, and ledger) is in pre-launch. Waitlist terms: joining is free and creates no obligation. First 100 fee terms (0% marketplace fees for the first 12 months for the first 100 verified creators) apply from the date the marketplace opens to that creator and are honored per creator account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes third-party rights;
Misrepresent the originality of uploaded work (e.g., declaring AI-generated work as human-made);
Upload work you do not own or lack the rights to license;
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise our systems;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Creodome;
Use our AI tools to generate illegal, abusive, or deceptive content.

6. Intellectual Property

Creodome and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, branding, and related materials. Creators retain 100% ownership of uploaded work. Listing grants Creodome only the limited license needed to host, display, and sell the work under the creator's chosen terms. Licenses issued to buyers survive account closure.

7. AI Output & Originality Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Originality declarations reflect creator attestations verified by automated and human review; they are good-faith records, not forensic guarantees.

8. Fees and Payment

Creodome is a marketplace. Creators pay a percentage commission per sale as disclosed on our Pricing page. Buyers pay the listed price for one-time digital licenses. There are no subscriptions, no listing fees, and no recurring charges on Creodome today. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREODOME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creodome from claims arising out of your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction apply. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in Wyoming, USA, or by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association at Creodome's election, unless prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
