1. Introduction
Creodome ("Creodome," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit https://creodome.com, use our apps, or contact us. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information — such as your name and email address when you reach out to us or join the First 100 waitlist.
- Account and usage data — such as login credentials, product usage, preferences, and support communications when you use our apps.
- Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies or similar technologies.
- Uploaded works and metadata — audio files, originality declarations, license terms, and sales records you create on the platform (once live).
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and website;
- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate about our services;
- Process waitlist and early-access requests;
- Monitor usage, analyze performance, and protect against fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI and Data Processing
Upload Intelligence uses AI to draft metadata and assist originality review. AI providers are not permitted to train on customer content where controls exist. The marketplace does not use uploaded works to train models.
Current marketing website (as of the last-updated date):
- Vercel — hosts and delivers creodome.com (static and edge delivery).
- Form delivery — contact and waitlist forms may be sent via Formspree when configured, or via email (mailto) to hello@creodome.com as a fallback.
Product AI subprocessors: Marketplace Upload Intelligence is not yet processing customer uploads in production. Before customer content is processed, this section will name the specific AI and infrastructure providers in use and confirm that API modes that exclude training on customer data are enabled where available.
Creodome does not permit AI providers to use customer content to train their models when such controls are contractually or technically available. Material changes to this list will be communicated to registered users by email.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, or support our business;
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, or auditors when necessary;
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law or valid legal process;
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary. Concrete periods:
- Contact & account data: for the life of your account, plus 90 days after account deletion for backup/rollback purposes, then permanent deletion.
- Billing records: 7 years (US federal tax requirement), once billing is active.
- Uploaded works & originality records: retained for the life of the work's listing plus the life of your account; ledger records (sales, splits, payouts): 7 years (tax and dispute purposes).
- Support communications: 2 years from last contact.
- Analytics & usage data: aggregated after 12 months; no individual identifiers retained beyond that period (if analytics are introduced later).
You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing hello@creodome.com.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for current infrastructure details.
