1. What you are buying
Creodome is a marketplace. Buyers purchase one-time licenses for digital work (music, sound kits, and similar). Creators pay Creodome a percentage per sale — there are no subscriptions, no listing fees, and no recurring charges of any kind on Creodome today.
2. Marketplace purchases
Digital work purchases are covered by the license terms shown at checkout. Defective or misdescribed files: if a purchased file is defective, corrupted, or materially not as described, email hello@creodome.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund or replace it.
Originality disputes: every work on Creodome carries an originality declaration. If a work's declaration is found to be false, the buyer receives a full refund and the creator is removed from the platform.
Because licenses are digital goods delivered instantly, completed purchases are otherwise non-refundable. Your statutory rights (section 3) are unaffected.
3. Statutory rights (EU / UK / California / other)
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including where applicable: the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and California consumer-protection statutes. Where a cooling-off right applies to digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and, to the extent permitted by law, the right is waived once download or streaming begins.
4. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@creodome.com within 60 days. We review and respond within one business day and process valid refunds within 10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues within one business day. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending review, but never in retaliation or blacklisting.
